Help Wanted:Op Shop Program Coordinator. Full time 40 hour position open. The Arc of Harrisonburg and Rockingham, Inc, a non-profit agency, seeks a Program Coordinator for our day support program for adults with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities. Special Education background, QMRP, or Med-tech a plus. Associate Degree or BA in a related field and experience working with MR required. Experience with ISP paperwork helpful. Good driving record a must. Background check required. The Op Shop day support program operates 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, but this is a full time 40 hour salaried position. Benefits include 10 paid holidays and 12 sick/personal days per year, paid vacation, life insurance, 401K, and partially paid health insurance. Instructor/Driver. Full time 40 hour position open.
