The Arc shall conduct a regular performance review of each employee at least annually on or near the employee’s anniversary of hire date. The evaluator shall meet with the employee to give the employee a copy of the report and ask for the employee’s signature verifying that he/she received the report. The evaluator is to specify, in the written report, goals with appropriate timelines addressing any areas within the evaluation that need improvement. A copy of each person’s evaluation shall be placed in the employee’s personnel file.
Appropriately timed progress meetings shall be conducted until all performance areas meet expectations.
