Staff is expected to exhibit behaviors, attitudes, and values acceptable to the community, and appropriate to a person charged with working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Staff shall always speak to participants and to each other in a respectful way, without animosity or disrespect.  Noncompliance with this policy is enforced by means of the Performance Improvement Planning (PIP) Policy in that these behaviors adversely affect the performance and well-being of others and the efficiency of the workplace.
